Role description
We are seeking an APEX IR Developer to join a leading global aerospace company. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications using PL/SQL, JavaScript, and Agile methodologies while ensuring software quality and adherence to development standards.
This is a 7-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, and this is an on-site role in Cape Canaveral, FL.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Roles And Responsibilities
β’ Plans, conducts and coordinates software development activities while ensuring software standards are met.
β’ Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in a computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment.
β’ Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools throughout the development life cycle. Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used and information gathered from system users to develop software.
β’ Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition programming techniques and controls.
Required Skills
β’ Must be a US citizen eligible for a Secret Clearance
β’ 2+ years of experience with Oracle APEX Interactive Reports
β’ 2+ years of experience with applying Oracle software development best practices, optimization
β’ Excellent project documentation and communication skills
β’ 2+ years of experience in Agile software methodologies and tools
β’ Bachelorβs Degree
Desirable Skills
β’ Experience with Oracle Enterprise Edition RDBMS 19c, with PL/SQL, including developing packages, stored procedures, triggers, functions and indexes
β’ Experience with JavaScript
