We're looking for an API Developer to join our client's Charlotte, NC office, responsible for delivering web solutions that span collaboration tools, portals, enterprise search, mobile functionality, & interactive forms. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in REST APIs, XML, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3 animations, and possesses advanced expertise in Java and .NET or C#.

Description
• Strong understanding of web design, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, page optimization, SEO, and development/testing practices.
• Develop web applications and sites that engage users, include social media and mobile functionality, and support collaboration, portals, enterprise search, and interactive forms. Work closely with QA to ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide guidance on best practices and emerging technologies, perform benefit analysis for IT solutions, recommend technology directions, and stay current with industry trends.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum model in a complex environment

Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; experience in front-end development.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JS frameworks (jQuery, Ember.js, Angular.js, Bootstrap), JSON, and graphic tools like Photoshop.
• Skilled in responsive design, mobile interfaces, cross-browser compatibility, SEO coding, REST APIs, AJAX, XML, MVC frameworks, CSS3 animations, source control (Git/SVN/TFS), prototyping, and unit testing.
• Advanced in Java, .NET/C#, PHP, Ruby; strong SQL and database modeling; ability to create reusable JS libraries and configure hosting (IIS, Apache).
