APIM Engineer

We are seeking an experienced API Developer to support Customer Experience Initiatives (CXI) under Lindsay’s domain. This role will focus on designing, developing, and managing APIs, with an emphasis on Azure API Management (APIM). The candidate will also contribute to the Gigawatt API service build-out as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain APIs to support CXI initiatives • Implement and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer-facing solutions • Support API lifecycle management including versioning, security, and monitoring • Contribute to Gigawatt API service development when bandwidth allows Required Skills: • Strong experience with API development (REST, JSON, etc.) • Hands-on experience with Azure API Management (APIM) • Knowledge of API security, authentication, and governance • Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills Preferred: • Experience supporting customer experience or digital initiatives • Exposure to scalable API architectures and microservices
