Application Tech Lead

Application Tech Lead Location: Palm Beach, FL (Onsite) Duration: 12 Months We are seeking an experienced Application Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications while driving technical excellence across the development lifecycle. Required Skills: • 12–15+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership and expertise in Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx/Redux) and .NET (Framework and .NET 5/6/7+), including C#, Web APIs, microservices, and asynchronous programming • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including designing and managing production workloads using Docker, ECS/EKS/Fargate, or serverless technologies such as Lambda and Step Functions • Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Aurora, DynamoDB, and caching technologies such as Redis/ElastiCache • Proven experience modernizing legacy .NET Framework applications to .NET 6+ and containerized, cloud-native architectures, with a strong focus on performance tuning and scalability • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD best practices, Jira, GitHub Copilot, and delivering high-quality solutions while improving deployment frequency, reducing defects, and optimizing cloud costs Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications using Angular, .NET, and AWS. • Drive technical architecture, code quality, and best practices across development teams. • Optimize application performance, scalability, and cloud infrastructure. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features within established SLAs and project timelines.
