Position: Architect/UX Designer Location: Remote (but needs to be onsite occasionally) Duration: 3 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Remote Payrate:$ 85.00 - 100.00/hr. Job Description: • We are seeking a talented Architect/UX Designer to lead the user experience strategy, design, and implementation for Market Access integrated work station solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, BI developers (PowerBI/ReactJS/Outsystems/Neo4J etc), business analysts, and GenAI developers to deliver intuitive, impactful, integrated and streamlined UI solutions that meet users’ business & persona needs. • This role calls for a seasoned UX leader who can navigate complex functional and business nuances within a highly intricate market access ecosystem, understand existing solutions in place that need to be refined and connected to newer systems, strategize and design newer AI enabled systems to be built, synthesize the needs of diverse user personas, and translate them into a cohesive, connected prototype vision that informs the broader experience strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Review and understand existing systems present across functions & user personas, unmet needs / gaps in current solutions. • Gather requirements and user feedback for emerging integrated workstation solution. • Define connected solution strategy & vision, by user persona, including workflows for AI enabled alerts, task tracking, management of user preference etc. • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes tailored for Neo4J, Power BI, Outsystems and Custom (reactJS) user interfaces. • Ensure dashboards are visually clear, accessible, and optimized for user experience, translating tons of complex data points & information into actionable insights. • Collaborate closely with developers to understand tech feasibility & refine UI/UX design effectively • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback • Establish and promote UX/UI design best practices, templates, and standards for solution. • Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and project teams. • Potentially build training decks / videos for user roll-out. Requirements: • Proven integrated solution architecture & UX/UI design experience, preferably with Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experience. • Experience with designing AI enabled UI solutions, demonstrating workflow integration & task management capabilities. • Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects (Outsystems, Neo4J, Power BI and Custom dashboard experience highly valued) • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) • Familiarity with data visualization principles and best practices • Ability to translate complex data into user-friendly visual stories • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles Preferred Qualifications: • 8-10 Year experience designing integrated UI solutions for multiple user groups • Basic understanding of data models and analytics workflows • Experience working in agile project environments TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
