Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We're looking for an AI Specialist to help move our analytics from traditional reporting to predictive, AI-driven insights. This is a high-impact role within a lean, fast-moving team, where you will contribute across reporting, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate is hands-on, curious, and capable of driving immediate value. What You’ll Do • Partner with business teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver actionable insights • Build predictive models (demand forecasting, inventory optimization, order planning) • Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities across operations • Contribute to AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives, including early-stage use of LLMs • Improve data aggregation, modeling, and visualization for better decision-making • Support ongoing “keep the lights on” reporting operations while driving innovation What We’re Looking For • Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI (practical application required) • Experience with data analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling • Solid SQL and data manipulation skills • Ability to work in a lean team and wear multiple hats • Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action • Experience working in remote/distributed teams • Retail, eCommerce, or supply chain analytics experience is a plus Nice to Have • Exposure to LLMs or AI-driven analytics solutions • Experience with automation tools or workflow optimization • Tableau (dashboarding, reporting, data visualization) • Familiarity with modern data platforms and integrations Why Join • Be part of a forward-thinking AI and analytics transformation • Work on high-visibility initiatives impacting business strategy • Opportunity to help shape future-state data and AI capabilities • Join a globally recognized brand known for innovation and quality Pay range and compensation package The hourly pay range for this position is $50 to $56 on a W2 basis.
