Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Description: AI/ML Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge projects in the realms of AI/ML, Agentic AI, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLM), Data Science, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision, ensuring the successful execution of high-quality AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision • Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and leverages advances in AI/ML, Agentic AI, Deep Learning, LLM, Data Science, and RAG solutions. • Identify market opportunities and define the product roadmap to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product priorities and strategic initiatives. Technical Leadership: • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers in the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions. • Ensure the implementation of best practices in software engineering, data science, and AI research. • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, Agentic AI, Deep Learning, LLM, and RAG to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Data Strategy • Develop and implement data strategies to support AI/ML initiatives, including data collection, preprocessing, and management. • Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. • Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to build and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure. Qualifications Education and Experience: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role in the AI/ML domain. • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning, LLM, Data Science, and RAG solutions. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. • Knowledge of data processing and analytics tools such as SQL, Hadoop, Spark, and Apache Kafka. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI solutions. • Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and their implementation in real-world applications.
