Role description
Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging GenAI Mentor to conduct an onsite training program for students at a Lucknow-based university. The mentor will be responsible for delivering hands-on sessions, guiding learners through GenAI concepts, tools, and practical applications, and ensuring an interactive learning experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured training sessions on Generative AI, including foundational concepts and advanced applications. Teach and demonstrate tools such as LLMs, Prompt Engineering, ChatGPT, LangChain, Vector Databases, RAG systems, and related frameworks. Introduce learners to GenAI use cases, design workflows, and real-world project implementation. Provide hands-on practice sessions, exercises, and project guidance. Clarify technical questions and support students throughout the program. Coordinate with the academic and program team for curriculum flow and daily reporting. Maintain a positive, engaging, and student-focused training environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI/ML fundamentals. Experience with tools such as OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, Python, and related libraries. Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or delivering workshops (preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
