In this role, you’ll help strengthen the quality, reliability and usability of our stock condition data — information that directly shapes our investment planning, Decent Homes compliance and long‑term business decisions.
Working closely with surveyors and asset colleagues, you’ll review survey outputs, spot trends or issues, resolve data queries and keep our asset information accurate and decision‑ready. Key Responsibilities Include
• Validating and quality‑checking stock condition data for new and existing homes.
• Working with surveyors, asset and development colleagues to clarify findings and resolve data queries.
• Tracking and reporting progress, data quality and completion rates.
• Identifying recurring issues or patterns and sharing insights to improve survey processes.
• Maintaining trusted asset records, including components, attributes and replacement cycles.
• Supporting compliance reporting, including the Decent Homes Standard.
• Providing practical support to the Lead Asset Data Analyst with analysis, reporting and process improvements.
Why should I join LiveWest?
You’ll make an immediate impact, gain valuable experience in asset data and compliance reporting, and work with a supportive team committed to continuous improvement. This is an ideal development opportunity for someone looking to build a career in asset management, data or analytical roles.
This is a FTC/Secondment opportunity until the end of November 2026, working full‑time role hours of 37 hours per week.
Hybrid working is available for this role, working 2-3 days in the office dependent on business need. You will ideally be based from our Exeter office.
