Assistant Housing Asset Data Analyst | £17 - £20 We're working with a forward-thinking provider of sustainable social housing and property management on this exciting opportunity. The Role • Lead the collection, validation, and manipulation of complex asset data to ensure 100% accuracy across property and housing management systems. • Execute sophisticated scenario modelling within asset databases to support long-term investment planning and multi-million pound financial forecasting. • Manage and monitor energy efficiency data (EPC ratings) for the residential portfolio to ensure compliance with decarbonization standards. • Coordinate stock condition surveys and reconcile life-cycle data to inform major works programmes and component replacement schedules. • Produce high-impact reports on stock performance and regulatory compliance for senior stakeholders and residents. What You'll Need • Proven experience in data analysis, specifically within a housing, local authority, or property asset management environment. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas) and experience working with specialized Asset Management Systems. • A strong understanding of stock condition surveys, RICS standards, or building component lifecycles. • Specific knowledge of energy efficiency data management and its impact on residential strategic planning. • Ability to challenge data inconsistencies and work collaboratively with external contractors and internal delivery teams.
