Responsibilities • Develop and deploy AI agents/copilots from concept to production. • Collaborate independently, taking ownership of projects with expert-level judgment and execution. • Utilize AI frameworks to orchestrate agent workflows effectively. • Implement robust software engineering principles to ensure optimal system performance. • Communicate complex ideas clearly across diverse teams and stakeholders. Skills • Proficiency in building AI systems and experience with production environments. • Strong understanding of agent frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel. • Advanced Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js programming abilities. • Expertise in integrating tools/APIs, ensuring service security and integrity. • Outstanding communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively. Preferred Skills • Knowledge of RAG and grounding techniques involving vector databases and hybrid search. • Experience in developing secure services with focus on access controls. • Familiarity with performance tuning and concurrency.
