Role description
We are currently partnered with a digital consultancy that is looking for an Associate AI/ML or Associate Data Scientist (AI/ML) to support one of their leading healthcare organizations.
These are 6-month contracts to start with the potential to extend or convert full-time.

Job Description:
β’ Support the adoption of AI/ML tools and technologies across the team, contributing to projects that utilize Generative AI and traditional machine learning techniques.
β’ Assist in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of AI-powered software solutions that address customer and business needs.
β’ Contribute to building responsible AI solutions that support the provider community while following ethical, security, and regulatory guidelines.
β’ Help develop and enhance features that leverage AI/ML, such as Generative AI models, predictive analytics, and workflow automation.
β’ Participate in the development and improvement of AI-driven applications, including chatbots and conversational AI tools.
β’ Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering team members to support scalable solutions for healthcare-related challenges.
β’ Follow established engineering practices and contribute to projects aligned with the organizationβs AI and technology strategy.
β’ Write clean, maintainable code and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
β’ Continuously learn and develop skills in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and responsible AI practices.
β’ Work closely with engineering teams to support AI integration into cloud platforms and digital initiatives.
β’ Assist with project tasks, prioritization, and documentation while gaining experience in AI/ML development and implementation.
