Associate AI/ML Engineer

We are currently partnered with a digital consultancy that is looking for an Associate AI/ML or Associate Data Scientist (AI/ML) to support one of their leading healthcare organizations. These are 6-month contracts to start with the potential to extend or convert full-time. Note: Sponsorship is not provided at this time and third-party candidates will not be considered. Top Skills Required: • 4+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, Generative AI, and traditional ML models. • Strong experience with Chatbots, conversational AI, and NLP-based solutions Job Description: • Support the adoption of AI/ML tools and technologies across the team, contributing to projects that utilize Generative AI and traditional machine learning techniques. • Assist in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of AI-powered software solutions that address customer and business needs. • Contribute to building responsible AI solutions that support the provider community while following ethical, security, and regulatory guidelines. • Help develop and enhance features that leverage AI/ML, such as Generative AI models, predictive analytics, and workflow automation. • Participate in the development and improvement of AI-driven applications, including chatbots and conversational AI tools. • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering team members to support scalable solutions for healthcare-related challenges. • Follow established engineering practices and contribute to projects aligned with the organization’s AI and technology strategy. • Write clean, maintainable code and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions. • Continuously learn and develop skills in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and responsible AI practices. • Work closely with engineering teams to support AI integration into cloud platforms and digital initiatives. • Assist with project tasks, prioritization, and documentation while gaining experience in AI/ML development and implementation.
