Associate Analytics Engineer

Overview: • We are seeking a Analytics Engineer to support enterprise data governance and data entitlement initiatives within a large financial services environment. This role partners with business stakeholders, data governance teams, engineering, compliance, and risk organizations to ensure critical data assets are properly documented, classified, governed, and securely accessible across the enterprise. What type of experience does the right candidate have: • 2–4 years in product management, analytics, data governance, access controls, or risk and controls • Understanding of RBAC and ABAC access control • Familiarity with SQL and data classification • Databricks experience What the responsibilities are of the right candidate: • Support roadmap execution by gathering inputs, documenting decisions, tracking milestones, and maintaining risk and dependency logs • Assist with role and access design for HR and employee data • Develop working knowledge of the firm’s enterprise data platform entitlement model • Document configurations and produce end-user guidance for entitlement and governance tooling
