Job Description Associate Business Systems Consultant Data & Analytics, AbbVie Inc., North Chicago, IL: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days WFH). Key Responsibilities • Accountable for total project scope, budget, completion w/in budget constraints & schedules completion date under direct & matrix control. • Manage projects acc. to milestones & w/in budget constraints. • Keep IT mgrs aware of user issues & resolves conflicts. • Evaluate & recommend new software, new solutions, utilities, & tools. • Build strong relationships w/peers & cross functionally & partners outside of team to enable higher performance. Qualifications Education & Experience Must Have a Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Or Related Field & 4 Years Of Experience In a Business System Analyst Role In Each Of The Following: • performing data analytics & creating KPIs using BI tools; • conducting systems testing & IT Implementation; • performing data analysis & data audits in a data warehouse / data lake environment; • implementing technology solutions that advance business objectives; & • working with cross-functional teams in an environment with multiple & fluctuating priorities. Alternatively May Have a Master's Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Or Related Field & 2 Years Of Experience In a Business System Analyst Role In Each Of The Following: • performing data analytics & creating KPIs using BI tools; • conducting systems testing & IT Implementation; • performing data analysis & data audits in a data warehouse / data lake environment; • implementing technology solutions that advance business objectives; & • working with cross-functional teams in an environment with multiple & fluctuating priorities.
