Role description
We are looking for an Associate Data Engineer to join our HR Analytics Engineering team and support enterprise-scale data products using modern cloud technologies.
Primary Skills:
• Snowflake
• SQL
• Python / PySpark
• Databricks
Responsibilities:
• Build and support ETL/ELT pipelines
• Develop transformation logic and data models
• Work with Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric & Power BI
• Support testing, monitoring, CI/CD, and production operations
• Collaborate with global engineering teams across US & India
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Data Engineering / ETL experience
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Hands-on experience with Databricks & Snowflake
• Experience with data pipelines, medallion architecture, and DevOps practices
Nice to Have:
• Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake
• Telecom or HR Analytics domain experience
