Role description
The project focuses on improving the end-to-end admission and approval process within utilization management. When patients need admission, multiple insurance approvals are required, some of which can be automated while others need human review. The goal is to streamline this pipeline, ensuring that approvals happen quickly, efficiently, and accurately. The product is already in place, we are looking to bring someone in enhance and create more efficiencies.
Must haves:
• SQL-heavy (approx. 60%) with some Python (40%).
• Data analysis and summarization into digestible insights.
• Data visualization (Spotfire, Tableau, or similar).
• Cloud experience required (GCP preferred).
• Healthcare experience
Soft skills:
• Ability to tell the story of data for both technical and business stakeholders
