What You'll Do as a Senior Integration Engineer
The Senior Integration Engineer will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions across a complex technology landscape. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management responsibilities, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable integrations that support critical business operations.
This person will drive integration initiatives, establish architectural standards, and advance automation and digital transformation efforts.
β’ Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based application environments within Microsoft Azure
β’ Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise integration solutions across internal and external systems
β’ Define integration architecture standards, API strategies, and middleware best practices
β’ Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
β’ Manage and mentor a team of integration engineers, providing technical leadership and professional development support
β’ Oversee the development and maintenance of integration workflows and data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues while maintaining operational stability and system availability
β’ Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance policies, and regulatory requirements
β’ Partner with DevOps and platform teams to support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment strategies
β’ Participate in testing, deployment planning, and production readiness activities
Qualifications
You could be a great fit if you have:
β’ 10+ years of experience in systems integration, software development, or related technical disciplines
β’ Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and enterprise integration initiatives
β’ Expertise with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, or similar technologies
β’ Strong experience developing and supporting RESTful APIs, web services, JSON, and XML integrations
β’ Advanced scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies
β’ Strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data integration concepts
β’ Experience with source control systems such as Git
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Preferred Skills
β’ Knowledge of enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS platforms
β’ Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
β’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges
