Ataccama One Enablement & Data Governance Specialist

Birlasoft is Looking for Ataccama one enablement & Data Governance Specialist - in Iselin, NJ. It’s a hybrid role, 3 days in a week work from office. Insurance domain experience is must. Job Summary: We need the person with excellent communication, technical knowledge of the tool and data governance and experience working in Insurance. Required Skillset: • Hands-on experience with Ataccama ONE, SQL, and Power BI • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations. Data governance tools : • Unity Catalogue and Purview Experience. Key Responsibilities (Must-Have): Reference Data Enablement • Ingest, standardize, and govern regional and global reference data sets • Implement business-defined mappings (e.g., industry classification, management hierarchies) to support consistent reporting Data Quality Enablement • Configure and manage data rules for profiling, issue tracking, enrichment, cleansing, freshness checks, anomaly detection, and scanner coverage within Ataccama Dashboarding & Reporting • Build and enhance Power BI dashboards for data quality metrics and operational KPIs • Support migration of Power BI reporting into Ataccama-native monitoring capabilities Collaboration & Governance • Partner with regional Heads of Data Governance and GDO to align implementations with global frameworks • Support governance adoption and consistent rule application across business units Expanded Responsibilities (Nice-to-Have): Lineage & Impact Analysis • Enable visualization of data quality lineage and perform impact analysis across domains Change Management & Enablement • Assist in creating training curriculum on data quality, data governance, data literacy and documentation for data stewards and business users • Promote data quality literacy and best practices across regions We look forward to your interest in a Great Place To Work!
