Role description
We’re seeking a seasoned Adobe Audiences Senior Developer to lead audience segmentation, data integration, and activation using Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). This role focuses on enabling personalized marketing through governed audiences, segment logic, and multi-channel activation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage audience segmentation in Adobe RTCDP and Audience Manager
• Define traits, calculated attributes, and governed audiences
• Troubleshoot segment logic and personalization issues
• Integrate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data into Adobe Experience Cloud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Implement Adobe Journey Optimizer and Campaign logic for personalized delivery
• Support A/B testing, offer proofing, and KPI monitoring for continuous optimization
Required Qualifications:
• 7–10 years in Adobe Audience Manager, RTCDP, or similar platforms
• Strong grasp of segmentation, tag management (e.g., Adobe DTM), and personalization logic
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and data analysis tools
• Solid understanding of Adobe Analytics architecture and server-side tracking
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
• Adobe certifications (Analytics Architect, Audience Manager)
• Experience with CRM/CDP integrations and third-party data platforms
