Automation Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated professional with a strong technical background in building automation solutions to join our Wealth Management Operations team. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Required) • 5+ years of relevant experience • Strong data fluency and analytical skills • Experience with automation tools and platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.) • Certification in automation technologies preferred • Proficiency in Python, VBA, SQL, or similar scripting languages What You'll Do: • Identify and evaluate process automation opportunities across operations teams • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using RPA and workflow automation tools • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption of automated processes • Provide production support, troubleshoot automation issues, and implement continuous improvements • Communicate project progress, risks, and business impact to stakeholders and leadership Ideal Candidate: • Strong understanding of operational processes and controls • Experience delivering end-to-end automation projects • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Passion for driving efficiency through technology and innovation
