Job Title: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Location: Alpharetta, GA - 5 Days Onsite Experience: 5–6 years This role is not open for C2C or Sponsorship About the Role We are seeking highly skilled Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) with strong coding and testing expertise. You will focus on building testable solutions and driving automation within the development lifecycle. This role requires designing and maintaining robust test infrastructure, frameworks, and tools to ensure scalability and maintainability of test suites. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and tools. • Build end-to-end test automation from scratch, including pipelines. • Develop custom automation scripts and solutions to improve test coverage. • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth execution. • Collaborate with development teams to embed testability into design and code. • Utilize AWS services, Docker, and cloud-based tools for automation environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test environments and automation scripts. Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. • Experience: 5–6 years as an SDET with hands-on coding and automation experience. • Strong programming skills in Core Java and Python. • Expertise in Selenium and Karate automation frameworks. • Knowledge of test methodologies, BDD, and experience with Jira and Confluence. • Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., CloudWatch), Postgres, and containerization tools like Docker. • Ability to design and implement automation solutions independently. • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Skills • Passion for testing, development, and design. • Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
