Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Node.js developer with strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), particularly AWS Connect.
• Experience in developing and deploying serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
• Strong understanding of API design and development (RESTful APIs).
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB, MySQL).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
• AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience with other contact center technologies or VoIP systems.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for integration purposes.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
