Role description
Job Title:AWS Data Engineer Location: Boston, MA Duration: Long Term Job Description: • A robust background in AWS services such as Lambda, Glue, S3, EMR, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, Redshift, and Bedrock. • Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases like Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform, including data models and objects. • Proficiency in Python programming for data engineering tasks. • Skilled in scripting for task and process automation. • Experience with Tableau dashboards and troubleshooting. Additional Requirement: • Strong experience in designing and modeling data warehouses, including concepts such as star schema, snowflake schema, fact and dimension tables. • Hands-on experience building and supporting data warehouse solutions for HR-related data. • Experience working with HR domains such as: • Employee data • Recruitment / applicant tracking • Performance & talent management • Benefits / payroll or similar workforce datasets • Ability to translate HR/business requirements into scalable data models and analytics-ready datasets.
