Job Title: AWS Data Engineer Location: Fort Mill, SC 29715 (Onsite) Implementation: Infosys Experience: 10+ years Must Have Skills: ⦁ AWS Glue ⦁ PySpark ⦁ DBT ⦁ Airflow Nice to Have Skills: ⦁ Scala ⦁ Snowflake Job Description: ⦁ Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and automating end‑to‑end data pipelines, including building ETL/ELT workflows using AWS Glue with PySpark. ⦁ AWS ETL Technical Lead to design and deliver scalable data integration and data warehouse solutions. This role will lead the development of ETL pipelines using AWS (Glue) and orchestration tools like Airflow, ensuring high data quality, performance, and reliability. ⦁ Deep knowledge and practical experience with AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, EventBridge, S3, RDS (Aurora/Postgres), and MSK/Kinesis, with the ability to design scalable, event-driven architectures. ⦁ Proficiency in working with relational and cloud-native databases, including Snowflake, Aurora, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server, with strong SQL and data modeling skills. ⦁ Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), and modern DevOps practices to enable automated deployments and environment consistency. ⦁ Strong communication and leadership capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence both technical and business stakeholders. ⦁ AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Data Engineer) are preferred and add value to the role Thanks and Regards robert@ampstek.com
