Your Mission: As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building automated deployment pipelines into AWS environments. You will work closely with development and operations teams to enable seamless delivery, scalability, and reliability across our cloud platforms. This role requires flexibility to work during UK business hours to ensure strong collaboration with the client and internal teams. What You’ll Do: • Build, manage, and optimize pipelines for automated deployments to AWS environments. • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions where necessary. • Collaborate with development teams to ensure cloud architecture best practices are implemented. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across AWS cloud environments. • Participate actively in CI/CD pipeline enhancements and DevOps best practices. • Ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency in all deployments. • Support production deployments and infrastructure management tasks. • Contribute to automation initiatives for build, test, and deployment processes. What You Bring • 5–7 years of total and relevant experience in AWS and DevOps roles. • Expertise in AWS Cloud Services and building pipelines for automated deployments to AWS. • Hands-on experience with tools like AWS Code Pipeline, Code Deploy, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc. • Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline development and management. • Familiarity with DevOps best practices and culture (infrastructure automation, monitoring, reliability). • Broader DevOps background with knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • • Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation tasks. • Understanding of security and governance practices in AWS environments. • Strong problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Willingness to work aligned with UK business hours. Good to Have: • AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.
