Job Description
1. Policy Performance & Validation
Setup baseline for the validation of policies for Insider Risk and Workforce Security including Policy Testing, Efficacy Analysis.
1. Workforce & Identity Intelligence (Human & Non-Human)
1. Workday Correlation: Build pipelines to ingest employee lifecycle events (onboarding, transfers, resignations) and correlate security signals.
1. Non-Human Identity (NHI) Management: Develop a risk-scoring framework for Service Accounts, Bots, and API Keys. Identify "Orphaned" accounts and anomalous NHI behavior in AWS, GitHub, and Datalakes.
1. Privileged Access Monitoring: Create dedicated views for Admin/Super-user activity, focusing on "Privileged Elevation" events and unauthorized access to sensitive codebases.
