The Opportunity StaffRight Associates is seeking a visionary AWS Technical Lead to spearhead the evolution of cloud-native architectures with a specialized focus on Master Data Management (MDM). In this high-impact consultancy role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and elite technical execution. What You’ll Do • Architect sophisticated, cloud-native frameworks on AWS that prioritize robust Master Data Management and long-term scalability. • Synthesize complex feedback from stakeholders and product owners into actionable, high-performance technical blueprints. • Engineer intricate data pipelines and microservices leveraging a full suite of AWS tools, including serverless functions and advanced database solutions. • Champion infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and DevOps methodologies to automate deployment and ensure operational excellence. • Mentor cross-functional engineering squads by establishing high-level coding standards and conducting rigorous architectural reviews. • Enforce stringent cloud governance and security protocols to protect enterprise assets and maintain compliance. • Integrate disparate enterprise platforms, such as ERP and CRM systems, through seamless API development and custom data connectors. • Facilitate Agile and SAFe workflows to streamline technical delivery and mitigate risks during iterative development cycles. • Capitalize on emerging AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies to optimize internal development lifecycles and documentation. What You Bring • Proven Expertise: Over five years of professional experience spanning cloud architecture, data engineering, or advanced solution development within the AWS ecosystem. • Leadership Acumen: At least two years in a dedicated technical lead capacity, demonstrating a track record of guiding teams and defining architectural strategy. • Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python and an exhaustive understanding of AWS services, specifically regarding compute, storage, and orchestration (e.g., Lambda, Redshift, Glue, and Step Functions). • Architectural Fluency: A comprehensive background in designing serverless environments, microservices, and robust API layers. • Operational Precision: Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and infrastructure automation (CDK or Terraform). • Methodological Agility: Practical experience navigating Scrum or SAFe environments to deliver value in fast-paced settings. • Preferred Assets: Prior exposure to MDM platforms (such as Informatica or Reltio), professional AWS certifications, or experience with modern Lakehouse architectures and data governance standards.
