The Opportunity We are inviting software developers and system administrators who integrate AI models via Azure AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio) to participate in an upcoming research project. We want to learn about your real-world experience building and maintaining applications or workflows that consume AI APIs through Foundry - not via consumer interfaces. Researchers looking for your skillset tend to pay up to $240/hour for projects completed. This project is open to practitioners with hands-on, professional experience in: • Integrating AI models (such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, or other foundation models) via the Azure AI Foundry platform using managed endpoints, REST APIs, or SDKs • Building or maintaining applications and automated workflows powered by Foundry endpoints in a professional or organisational context • Working with Foundry features such as model deployment, managed endpoints, pipelines, or the Azure AI SDK Please note: This is a "bench" model. By verifying your credentials, you gain eligibility for high-level research tasks as they become available. Access is based on project demand and professional profile matching. This opportunity is for API integration users only. Consumer app users - including Claude Chat, Claude Code, Cowork, or similar end-user interfaces - do not qualify. What you'll bring • Active experience as a software developer or system administrator working with AI APIs in a professional context • Hands-on integration of AI models via Azure AI Foundry, including deploying models or consuming managed endpoints programmatically • Practical knowledge of embedding AI capabilities into applications or automated workflows using Foundry SDKs or REST APIs • Familiarity with Azure cloud infrastructure, IAM, and service account authentication in the context of AI workloads • Comfort discussing technical implementation details, decisions, and challenges from your day-to-day work What you'll be doing • Complete a paid screener to help us assess your background and suitability for specific research tasks • Participate in AI-moderated interviews (via Listen Labs) • Complete qualitative surveys (via Qualtrics) • Join live interviews for select, higher-depth research engagements Please note that you must be new to Prolific to sign up successfully.
