Azure Data Engineer (Architect) – Remote (EST Only) | Contract-to-Hire

Job Title: Architect - Azure Data Engineer (Level 3) Location: Remote (EST Time Zone Preferred) Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire Its w2 role: Only taking USC/GC holders only Job Description: Seeking a Senior Azure Data Engineer to join our fast-paced Enterprise Data team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and optimizing data pipelines using Azure, Databricks, and PySpark, with a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming and Terraform scripting. You will work on high-impact projects in the Supply Chain and Inventory domain (retail/grocery experience is a plus), leading data initiatives, improving code quality, and mentoring junior developers. Required Skills: • Azure Cloud – Must have • Databricks, PySpark, Python • Terraform, GitHub Actions (CI/CD), Agile/Scrum • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Nice to Have: • Python Unit Testing / Mocking • Unity Catalog • Databricks Asset Bundles Additional Details: • Remote – must work EST hours • 2-Step interview process (30 mins + 1 hr)
