Azure Data Engineer

Job Title: Azure Data Engineer Location: Grand Rapid, Michigan (Hybrid) Client: TCS Employment Type: Contract Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure services • Work with structured and unstructured data to support analytics and reporting • Implement ETL/ELT processes using Azure Data Factory and other tools • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems • Optimize data workflows for performance and cost efficiency • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and workflows Required Skills & Experience • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure data services • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling • Experience with Python or PySpark • Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Experience with data integration and transformation tools Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Databricks • Knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools • Understanding of big data technologies • Azure certifications (e.g., DP-203) are a plus • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Contact: Snehil Mishra 📧 snehil@ampstek.com 📞 Desk: 609-360-2673 Ext. 125 🔗 LinkedIn 🌐 www.ampstek.com
