Role Description This is a contract remote role for an Azure Data Engineer. The Azure Data Engineer will build, maintain, and optimize scalable data systems and pipelines to support analytics and data-driven decision making. Responsibilities include designing data models, developing and managing ETL workflows, building data warehouses, implementing data governance processes, and analyzing data to drive insights. The role requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of data solutions. Qualifications • Expertise in Data Engineering, including the design and management of large-scale data pipelines • Proficiency in Data Modeling techniques and schema design • Hands-on experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, and tools • Solid knowledge of Data Warehousing platforms and architecture • Strong Data Analytics skills to interpret and derive insights from complex datasets • Experience with Azure Cloud platforms and services is highly desirable • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Scala • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in remote, collaborative teams Send your resume to hr@aadhyatechnologies.ca
