Azure DevSecOps Engineer - W2 Only - Active Secret Clearance Required

Job Summary (Azure DevSecOps Engineer – ID Number 005) • Location: Fort Meade, MD (Onsite 3x/week initially, reduced to 1-2x/week after setup) • Duration: 6+ months Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with teams to continuously improve DevSecOps processes and tools. • Develop, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Kubernetes, and related tools. • Ensure deliverables meet user acceptance criteria and quality standards. • Manage self-directed assignments and meet schedule deadlines. • Serve as an automation and tooling advisor for Cloud and DevSecOps initiatives. • Recommend and implement industry best practices and security standards. • Integrate and enforce security practices in automated pipelines. • Work in Agile environments, utilizing Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Required Experience & Skills • Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or scientific discipline. • 5+ years of DevSecOps experience. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and other cloud environments. • 3+ years with application and UNIX operating system security. • 3+ years experience creating CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Helm, Nexus). • 3+ years Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience (Ansible, Terraform). • 3+ years Kubernetes experience in Azure environments. • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). • Strong written/verbal communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications • Certification in Azure or AWS. • Experience in DoD Azure environments.
