About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Azure Monitoring Specialist II to enhance and support cloud and hybrid monitoring capabilities. In this role, you’ll configure, optimize, and maintain monitoring solutions across Azure and on?prem environments—helping ensure performance, resilience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and manage Azure Monitor to proactively track cloud infrastructure and application health.
• Develop and maintain alerts, logs, dashboards, and visualizations to support IT operations and business continuity.
• Integrate monitoring tools across hybrid environments (on?prem + cloud).
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability.
• Utilize SolarWinds and Power BI to design and maintain system?health dashboards and performance reports.
• Document monitoring standards, configurations, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
• Expertise in Azure Monitor configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure monitoring and performance optimization.
• Experience using SolarWinds for network and system monitoring.
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and problem?solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Preferred: Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer).
• Additional certifications or training in SolarWinds or Power BI are a plus.
