Duties:
· Configure and manage Azure Monitor to ensure proactive monitoring of cloud infrastructure and applications.
· Develop and maintain alerting, logging, and dashboards to support IT operations and business continuity.
· Integrate monitoring solutions across hybrid environments, including on-premises and cloud systems.
· Collaborate with IT teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system reliability.
· Leverage SolarWinds and Power BI to design and manage dashboards for system health and performance reporting.
· Document monitoring processes and standards to ensure compliance and repeatability.
Skills:
· Expertise in Azure Monitor configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
· Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure monitoring and performance optimization.
· Experience with SolarWinds for network and system monitoring.
· Proficiency in Power BI dashboard development for visualization and reporting.
· Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret monitoring data and recommend improvements.
· Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional IT teams.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure Security Engineer) preferred.
· Additional training or certifications in monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Power BI) considered a plus.
