Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience). • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, including at least 1–2 years in banking, credit union, or financial services (branch operations exposure a plus). • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with core banking systems (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry) and branch performance metrics such as teller productivity, cross-sell ratios, member/customer satisfaction, and loan/deposit growth. • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel) and comfort working with large datasets. • Communication: Ability to translate complex data and statistical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
