This role will work closely with scientific and technical teams to streamline laboratory workflows, automate processes, develop integrations, and enhance data management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Benchling ELN, software development, laboratory informatics, and scientific research environments. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Configure and customize Benchling ELN based on business requirements • Develop workflow automations and system integrations • Create dashboards, reports, and labels using BarTender • Support Zebra printers and barcode management solutions • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Monitor ELN platform performance and ensure operational stability • Develop and maintain technical documentation • Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders • Participate in sprint planning and technical delivery activities • Ensure compliance with SDLC and Computer System Validation (CSV) standards BENEFITS Medical | Dental | Vision | 401(k) EEOC COMPLIANCE We are an equal opportunity employer.
