BI Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics professional to design and deliver enterprise data, business intelligence, and advanced analytics solutions. This role focuses on BI development, predictive analytics, machine learning, and enterprise data architecture, with a strong emphasis on Qlik Sense Cloud and AutoML-driven predictive modeling. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building dashboards, deploying machine learning models, and delivering actionable insights using modern BI and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Business Intelligence & Visualization • Build and optimize dashboards and applications using Qlik Sense Cloud • Apply best practices for data visualization and storytelling to support decision-making Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning • Perform data preparation, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis • Build, deploy, and maintain predictive and prescriptive models using AutoML and ML frameworks • Deliver end-to-end analytics solutions from data ingestion through model deployment and monitoring AI & Innovation • Research and implement new analytics and AI techniques • Apply descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to solve business problems Enterprise Data & Architecture • Design and support enterprise data warehouse, data governance, metadata, and data quality initiatives • Develop and maintain enterprise data models (conceptual, logical, physical) Data Integration • Design and manage ETL pipelines from databases, APIs, and files • Support near real-time data processing and change data capture Collaboration • Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams • Establish standards for BI, analytics, and data governance Required Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in BI, data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL development • Hands-on experience required with: • Qlik Sense Cloud • Qlik AutoML • Building and deploying machine learning models (including deep learning) • Strong experience with enterprise data architecture and governance • Proficiency with databases such as Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server, MySQL • Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL • Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts • Working knowledge of linear algebra and calculus as applied to ML models Nice to Have • Experience with big data tools (Hive, Pig, Spark) • Familiarity with Scala, Java, or C++ • Experience delivering analytics solutions in large enterprise environments
