You’ll play a key role in building scalable BI solutions that directly impact business decisions and performance. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Qlik BI Developer to design, build, and automate clinical, manufacturer, and recurring business reports. This role combines backend BI engineering (data modeling, transformation, automation) with front-end dashboard development to deliver maintainable, high-impact reporting solutions. You’ll work closely with data, clinical, and operations stakeholders to translate raw data into meaningful visual stories using Qlik. Responsibilities • Data Discovery & Profiling • Analyze data across multiple systems (clinical, operational, manufacturer, etc.). • Assess data quality, relationships, and transformation rules. • Map source-to-target logic and document data lineage. • • Backend Engineering & ETL • Develop and maintain ETL logic in SQL and Qlik scripts. • Build optimized Qlik data models (QVD layering, incremental loads). • Automate and monitor data refresh schedules. • Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of data pipelines. • • Reporting & Visualization • Design interactive Qlik dashboards for clinical, manufacturer, and business needs. • Implement KPIs, filters, drilldowns, and storytelling visuals. • Enable report exports (PDF, Excel, automated emails). • • Testing & Quality Assurance • Validate report accuracy against source systems. • Conduct UAT and manage feedback iterations. • Implement alerts and error handling for data loads. • • Documentation & Handoff • Create technical documentation, data dictionaries, and SOPs. • Participate in code reviews and share best practices. • • Stakeholder Collaboration • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on solutions. • Attend sprint planning, weekly check-ins, and project reviews. • Stay accessible via Teams and maintain clear communication through JIRA. Qualifications • Proven experience with Qlik Sense/QlikView development and data modeling. • Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL / data transformation. • Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehouse platforms. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. • Strong communication and collaboration habits in an Agile environment. • US Citizens and Green card holders only Required Skills • Tools & Platforms: Qlik Sense / QlikView | Snowflake | SQL | JIRA | Teams | Confluence | SharePoint Additional Info • Hours: 25–30 per week • Core Availability: Tuesdays & Thursdays during business hours (for team syncs) • Communication: Weekly updates, sprint reviews, and ad hoc syncs via Teams
