Role description
This is a hands on BI role at a pivotal moment in the transformation programme. You will play a key role in aligning multiple regions into a single, modern BI ecosystem, reducing maintenance overhead and enabling the organisation to spend more time on innovation and growth, including supporting its wider charitable mission. The role will be Inside IR35, and there will be a need for frequent travel to their office based in Edinburgh, so please only apply if you are able to commit to this frequent travel. You will work closely with Group Insight teams and local country BI teams to understand reporting needs, harmonise definitions, and support the design of a scalable, future-proof reporting structure. Key Responsibilities of this role include reporting Transformation and Standardisation, BI Development & Data Engineering and Project Delivery and Collaboration. Skills Requirements • Strong experience in BI development and reporting transformation within complex, multi-entity or multi-country environments. • Proven expertise in Tableau (end-to-end dashboard design and development). • Strong SQL skills. • Experience working across regions/business units with varying definitions and reporting standards. • Background in reporting migrations, transformations, or ecosystem rebuilds. • Ability to work hands-on while also helping define future standards and structure • Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills Nice To Have • Snowflake • dbt • Jira & Confluence • Python • Experience in Mentoring and Supporting small BI/Analytics Teams
