BI Operation Analyst (Data Reporting) (Only W2)

Job Title: Data & Reporting Or BI operation Analyst Location: Sunnyvale,CA We are seeking a Data & Reporting professional to provide cross-platform support and expertise for business intelligence systems. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, supporting users, and maintaining operational continuity across global teams. Key Responsibilities Deliver subject matter expertise across multiple BI platforms and reporting systems Operate within a tiered support model to manage and resolve user requests efficiently Manage and monitor Slack-based support workflows, ensuring timely responses Conduct data investigation, validation, and reconciliation to resolve discrepancies Guide business users on data interpretation, metrics, and KPIs Ensure operational continuity by managing escalations and critical issue resolution Collaborate with engineering and product teams for issue tracking and resolution Mandatory Skills & Experience Experience in Sales or Channel Performance reporting, including KPIs and metrics (preferably in a technology company) Proven ability to support business-critical BI platforms in an operational environment Strong experience querying data to investigate and validate issues Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Thought Spot, Business Objects, or similar Ability to manage multiple concurrent support requests across platforms and time zones Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly insights Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Thanks and regards reina reina@ampstek.com
