Job Description:
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Universe Designer).
• Proven ability to design and optimize semantic layers (Universes) for performance and usability.
• Experience integrating BusinessObjects with Oracle and SQL Server databases, including writing and tuning complex SQL queries.
• Familiarity with InfoAdvantage or similar public sector reporting platforms (if applicable to your environment).
• Knowledge of row-level security, role-based access, and InfoAdvantage administration.
• Reporting Tools – WebI, Crystal Reports, Universe Designer
• Data Sources – Oracle, SQL Server, Universes
• Query Languages – SQL (PL/SQL, T-SQL)
• Data Modeling – Universe design, joins, contexts
• Performance Optimization – Query tuning, aggregate awareness
• Security and Access Control – BO roles, folder-level security, row-level security
• Version Control and DevOps – Change Promotion Management, CMS
