Job Title: BI Technical Lead - Power BI / Looker Job Location: West Chester, PA – Onsite Role Job Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: • As a Technical Lead, he/she will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions using Power BI / Looker. • He/she will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure the successful deployment of applications and workflows. Responsibilities: • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from diverse sources. • Design and implement BI dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI / Looker. • Engineer robust data pipelines and integrations to support analytics and reporting workflows. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data-driven narratives that demonstrate measurable business impact. • Take initiative to explore data, identify opportunities, and create actionable insights — without waiting for prescriptive BI requirements. Requirements: • Strong SQL development and data modeling expertise. • Proficiency in BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Experience with ETL and data pipeline design. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills. • Ability to translate complex business needs into data-driven insights.
