Bilingual Data Analyst

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Bilingual Data Analyst to join their team. This analyst supports Customer Operations, the team supporting the call center agents. They are implementing AI solutions for these agents. The specific project revolves around real-time call transcriptions. This team utilizes customer data to create "Next Best Offer" to pop up on the screen for the agent when speaking with a customer who may want to change their service plan or cancel their service plan.  It creates tailored offers to retain the customers using transcription of the call in real time using their AI model. This analyst will analyze calls in both English and Spanish language. Core Responsibilities • Support the project and Data Scientists by performing manual data labeling and model validation • Contribute to the data pipeline by using APIs to bring data into the central team's database, and transforming it for analysis • Create and publish dashboards in Power BI to share key insights with stakeholders • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on model outputs and call transcripts to help improve the AI model • Write documentation for project requirements, with a business analyst-focused approach • Manual labeling of data • Modeling validation • Build out and publish dashboards on Power BI • Some QA work of modeling outputs, calls, transcripts, improving models too Desired Skills/Experience • 1+ years of experience in a data-focused role, or relevant internship/project experience • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/Pandas • Experience with Power BI for data visualization • A collaborative and positive attitude, with a passion for using AI to solve problems • A basic understanding of business analysis principles is also a plus, as you'll be gathering requirements and presenting your work to stakeholders • Fluent in Spanish Work Environment • Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado • Onsite Compensation & Benefits • Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $28hr and $40hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
