Bilingual Korean Data Analyst

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (Data Analyst) Work location: 3033 W. President George Bush Hwy, Suite 250, Plano, TX 75075 Duration: 1 year Bilingual Korean: Required Work Schedule Options ✅ Option 1 (Part-Time – Preferred) 1st week: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 2nd–4th week: Monday–Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ✅ Option 2 (Full-Time) Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Note: We are seeking junior-level candidates fluent in Korean. Part-time candidates are preferred, but full-time may also be considered. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Accounting, Analytics, or related field 2–3 years of data analysis experience (Logistics or Transportation experience preferred) Fluent in Korean (Required) Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions, reporting tools) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities Key Responsibilities Collect and organize claim data from multiple systems Analyze claim trends, recovery ratios, and related forecasts Monitor aging claims (120+ days) and notify team members Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports Retrieve logistics and claim data from systems such as SAP, NERP, WMP, TMS, and Cello Support management with ad hoc reporting and data requests Assist in improving and maintaining reporting and data processes Meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Contract Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Language: Korean (Required) Work Location: In person
