Billing Data Analyst

In This Role You Will: • Perform a variety of support activities to meet the data needs of the business. • Understand informational needs, build spreadsheets and build and run reports from databases and other sources summarizing required information. • Makes changes to spreadsheets and databases as needed, such as modifying report formats, refreshing data, reformatting information and other activities. What You Need to Succeed: • Knowledge of data, spreadsheets and databases. • Ability to build spreadsheets and reports that clearly summarize large amounts of data. TOP (3) REQUIRED SKILLSETS: • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, modeling) and familiarity with financial systems such as SAP or subscription management platforms like ChargeBee. • A strong deductive reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues. • High attention to detail. • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau) is a plus.
