Biomedical Data Specialist | $60/hr Remote

Position: Cell/Molecular Biologist (Stem Cells) Type: Contract Compensation: $40 - $60/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities • Develop and review training and evaluation materials related to stem cell biology for AI model development. • Provide subject matter expertise in cellular and molecular biology, ensuring scientific accuracy across datasets and content. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define standards and best practices for biological data annotation and rubric design. • Analyze, interpret, and validate complex biological information with a focus on stem cell systems. • Deliver constructive written and verbal feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and consistent knowledge transfer. • Contribute to the continual improvement of rubric guidelines based on user and model requirements. Requirements • Have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or a closely related discipline. • Demonstrate expertise in stem cell biology, including lab or research experience. • Possess strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly. • Have a solid background in cellular and molecular biology principles and techniques. • Be familiar with data analysis, interpretation, and quality assurance in a scientific context.
