Role description
Blackbaud RE NXT Data Management Analyst
β’ Drives philanthropy through donor and prospect intelligence. Provides donor research and analytics services for system and markets, coordinates impact reports, analyzes biographical, financial and other data from a variety of internal and external sources. Provides shared service for market philanthropy database operations.
β’ Minimum Education
β’ Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
β’ bachelorβs degree in fund raising, business administration or healthcare administration or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
β’ Minimum Work Experience
β’ Three years' related experience: Preferred

β’ Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) accreditation: Preferred

β’ Required Skills
β’ Blackbaud RE NXT is required. Knowledge of enterprise subscriptions to Blackbaud FE NXT, Fundraiser Performance Management is preferred. Excellent proficiency in business communication tools, including Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Direct experience in developing data entry standards and analytic tools such as statistical models, data mining, and wealth screening is preferred. Tools may include: ResearchPoint, Lexis Nexis, Guidestar, Foundation Search, and Foundation Directory.

β’ Responsible for developing strategic, accurate, confidential, and detailed reports reflecting philanthropy and grants activities.
β’ Provides database support to market philanthropy data leads to ensure data governance standards are maintained, the generation of KPI weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual dashboards, confirm impact reports, and provide database security access and orientation for new associates.
β’ Collaborates with internal stakeholders in payroll/human performance, information technologies and finance to advance strategic initiatives.
β’ Actively identifies and researches individuals, corporations and foundations to analyze biographical, financial, and other data obtained from a variety of internal and external sources to determine capacity and inclination to give. Records research in RE NXT and prepares prospect research reports for markets and system major gift solicitors.
β’ Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
