Role :Brand Marketing Associate Duration :4+ Months Location: Hybrid / Seattle WA Work Location : Seattle, WA / Hybrid, WFH Mondays and Fridays Work Schedule: Mon thru Fri , 40 hrs weekly, starting between 8AM and 9AM Key Priorities of the Brand Marketing Associate include: 50% Starbucks Brand : β€’ Core Webstie Operations β€’ Website Migration β€’ PFME budgeting / mgmt. β€’ Digital roadmap execution β€’ Amazon Storefront β€’ Content Hub 2.0 Evergreeen Content β€’ Starbucks Shop Support 50% Starbucks by Nespresso: β€’ New Item Execution β€’ Enterprise forecasting business (EF) β€’ Consumption analysis & performance health β€’ I&R esecutional support β€’ Digital shelf / R&R 1. Digital Product Ownership & Website Program Management: Business owner for StarbucksAtHome.com, responsible for translating business needs into a prioritized roadmap and managing execution across agencies and internal teams. This includes site enhancements, migrations, campaign builds, backlog prioritization, and governance β€’ Experience owning a website roadmap and backlog β€’ Ability to write requirements and prioritize features β€’ Experience working with development agencies β€’ Understanding of UX, CMS, and digital platforms 1. Technical Digital Marketing & AI/SEO Expertise The role is evolving beyond traditional website management into AI discoverability, LLM optimization, SEO governance, and content architecture. The individual will need to understand how brands become visible within AI-powered search and recommendation environments β€’ Strong SEO fundamentals β€’ Knowledge of structured data/schema β€’ Understanding of AI Readiness, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and LLM discoverability 1. UAT & Website Operations Management: A portion of the role sits between business and technology teams, ensuring development work meets requirements before launch. The role owns review cycles, troubleshooting, staging validation, defect management, and go-live governance. β€’ Experience leading UAT β€’ Ability to review staging environments β€’ Familiarity with bug triage and ticket management β€’ Understanding of website release processes β€’ Ability to coordinate across developers, content teams, and stakeholders 1. Executive Stakeholder & Agency Management: The role sits at the center of a highly complex stakeholder ecosystem involving: β€’ Starbucks Enterprise, Global Starbucks At Home, IMS, Leo, Sapient, Analytics teams, NestlΓ© Brand teams, Search Services, External vendors 1. Analytics & Business Insight Generation The role must not only receive reports but interpret them and turn them into business actions. The work consistently involves reviewing site performance, SEO performance, conversion opportunities, engagement metrics, and optimization recommendations. β€’ Google Analytics / GA4 proficiency β€’ Dashboard interpretation β€’ SEO reporting β€’ Conversion funnel analysis β€’ Ability to connect data to recommendations Capabilities: β€’ Strong project leadership β€’ Strategic communication skills, including presentation skills β€’ Ability to influence without authority β€’ Agency management experience
