Position: Accounting Business/Data Analyst
Location: 100% onsite in Corona, CA
Terms: 3+ months contract
Compensation: $50.00 to 60.00 per hour (W2 only)

Partnered with a client seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong accounting knowledge to support data-driven decision making, reporting, and business process improvements. develop impactful reporting solutions that drive business decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex data into actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and analysis.

What You'll Do
β’ Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track key business and financial KPIs.
β’ Migrate dashboards from PowerBI to SQL. Write and optimize SQL complex queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems.
β’ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting solutions.
β’ Build data models and visualizations that support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
β’ Partner with stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights from financial/accounting data.
What We're Looking For
β’ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
β’ 3-6 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Financial Analyst role.
β’ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query and DAX.
β’ Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
β’ Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
β’ Experience working with ERP systems for data extraction, etc.
β’ Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial data.
