Role: Business Analysis & Info Manager Location: Newbury Park, CA/Remote Duration: 36+ Months Contract: W2 Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets: • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry. • Experience in business, financial, operations, or analytical roles. • Strong analytics, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skillset Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, business, finance, healthcare, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or business performance roles, preferably within R&D or scientific environments. • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (with expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint), and MS Teams. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across global, virtual teams. • Proven history of achieving results and driving business performance in R&D or technical domains. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry. • Experience in business, financial, operations, or analytical roles. • Strong analytics, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skillset • Passion for technology, innovation, and customer success, especially in AI and data-driven solutions for R&D. • Experience with dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and performance reporting for leadership.
